World Cancer Day Celebration
Parent Teacher Meeting Committee (PTM) of Gandhinagar Institute of Technology takes the opportunity to invite you for a Virtual Parent Teacher Meeting for UG semester 1 on 5th February 2022 (Saturday) from 9:15 am onward. GIT believes open communication and interaction between guardians and teachers is essential in order to set students on the path to success. This virtual PTM will be specifically aimed at improving your understanding of your ward’s performance, attentiveness and ability to cope with classes.
The Healthy Campus Committee (HCC) of GIT is going to organize “World Cancer Day Celebration” event on 04/02/2022, in collaboration with “Narcotics Control Bureau, Ahmedabad (MHA, GoI)”; to create awareness about Cancer among students and to unite everyone in the fight against Cancer. The aim is to save millions of preventable deaths each year by raising awareness and education about the disease. Events like “Pixel Art”, “5Km Run for Cancer Awareness” and “Virtual Think Tank” will be organized keeping the underlying theme in mind. All events will be organized online. Our institute feels delighted to back this important initiative and encourages everyone to get involved.
